About CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin
Two peptides freeze-dried together in equal parts by mass. A 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of CJC-1295 without DAC and 5 mg of Ipamorelin. They act at different receptors, which is the reason they are paired: laboratories studying growth hormone release frequently want both signals present in the same experiment.
The phrase without DAC matters and is frequently dropped in casual writing. DAC is a drug affinity complex, a chemical handle that binds the peptide to blood proteins and extends its life dramatically. This product does not have it. Without DAC, CJC-1295 is the 29 residue analogue also called Mod GRF (1-29), a short acting molecule. The two versions are not interchangeable and should never be cited as though they were.
CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin Explained Simply
Read this first. The section below is written in ordinary language so that a non-specialist can follow what this compound is and where it shows up in the scientific record. It is not medical advice, it is not a claim that the compound does anything in a person or an animal, and it is not a protocol. Bio Glow Wellness sells CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin for laboratory research only.
The short version
Two laboratory peptides in one vial that act on growth hormone release through two different receptors. Supplied as a research chemical only.
What it actually is
The pituitary releases growth hormone in response to more than one signal. One comes from growth hormone releasing factor and works through its own receptor. Another works through the ghrelin receptor, a separate system discovered later. CJC-1295 without DAC is a modified fragment of the first signal. Ipamorelin is a five residue synthetic molecule that acts at the second. Having both in one vial lets an experiment address the two pathways together.
Where it turns up in research
- Growth hormone axis and pituitary signalling research
- GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor pharmacology
- Secretagogue selectivity studies, since Ipamorelin is noted in the literature for a narrow profile
- Pituitary cell culture and hormone release assays
- Peptide stabilization by D amino acid substitution
- Comparative work on blend versus individual components
What the published work shows so far
Published work characterizes each component separately. Mod GRF (1-29) is described as a growth hormone releasing factor receptor agonist with substitutions that resist degradation. Ipamorelin is described as a growth hormone secretagogue at the ghrelin receptor, noted for limited effect on other pituitary hormones compared with earlier compounds in its class. There is no published literature on this specific blend, and Bio Glow Wellness makes no claim about it in any organism.
Why researchers keep returning to it
Two receptor systems converge on one output, which makes this pair a natural tool for anyone studying how those inputs combine. As with any blend, the convenience disappears the moment an experiment needs to attribute an effect to one pathway rather than the other.
What nobody can claim about CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin
- It cannot be described as a growth hormone therapy, a body composition aid, an anti-ageing product or a treatment for anything.
- The combination cannot be described as synergistic. No published work supports that.
- Literature on CJC-1295 with DAC cannot be applied to this product, which does not contain DAC.
- It cannot be described as safe or effective for humans. Controlled human trials of this blend do not exist.
- Neither component is FDA approved, and both are prohibited in sanctioned sport under the World Anti-Doping Agency code.
Where the information above comes from
Identifiers and sequences for both components come from public chemistry references. The research summary describes the preclinical pharmacology of each compound separately, because that is the only literature that exists. The batch Certificate of Analysis records what this vial contains and in what ratio.

Molecular Design and Stability
Both components are worked examples of the same stabilization idea applied at different scales. Mod GRF (1-29) takes the first 29 residues of growth hormone releasing factor and makes four substitutions, including a D alanine at position two that blocks the enzyme responsible for trimming the N terminus. Ipamorelin is only five residues and three of them are non standard: aminoisobutyric acid, a D naphthylalanine and a D phenylalanine. Unnatural residues are invisible to the enzymes that expect natural ones, which is how a molecule that small survives at all.
The dry blend is stable. In solution two molecules of very different size degrade on different timelines, so the label ratio holds only at reconstitution. The 29 residue component is the more fragile of the two and sets the practical limit. Prepare what the experiment needs and do not store the vial reconstituted.
Laboratory Applications
Researchers working with this compound have used it to investigate:
- Pituitary cell culture hormone release assays
- GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor binding studies
- Combined pathway stimulation experiments
- Secretagogue selectivity profiling across pituitary hormones
- Comparative studies against each component alone
- Peptide degradation studies involving unnatural amino acids
These are descriptions of published experimental work. They are not suggestions for what a buyer should do with the material, and they are not evidence of any effect outside the model in which it was observed.
What the Literature Covers
1. Two receptors, one output
This is the only real rationale for the pairing, and unlike most blends it is a mechanistic one. The two compounds act at genuinely different receptors that both influence growth hormone release, which makes their combination a legitimate experimental question rather than just a convenience.
2. With DAC and without DAC
The single most common error about this product is treating CJC-1295 as one molecule. The version with a drug affinity complex has a vastly longer working life and its own literature. This product contains the version without it. Citations must specify which.
3. Unnatural amino acids
Ipamorelin is an unusually clear demonstration of how far non standard residues can carry a molecule. At five residues a peptide of natural amino acids would be gone almost immediately. Three substitutions are what make it a usable reagent.
4. Selectivity as a research property
Ipamorelin appears in the literature partly because it was reported to act on growth hormone release with less effect on other pituitary hormones than earlier secretagogues. Selectivity is what makes a compound a clean experimental probe, and that is the claim being made about it, not a clinical one.
5. No literature on the blend
No published study has examined these two compounds administered together in a defined ratio. Everything that can be said about this product is borrowed from work on its parts, and the parts were studied alone.
Batch Documentation
Every shipment is tied to the paperwork for the lot it came from.
- A Certificate of Analysis is supplied for the batch shipped, where one is available for that lot.
- The COA states the analytical methods used and the results for that specific lot. It is the authoritative record for the material in hand.
- Figures on a COA describe one batch only. They are not carried over to other lots and should not be read as a standing specification for the product.
- Testing is performed by an independent third-party analytical laboratory. The laboratory is named on the certificate.
- Published certificates are collected in the Certificate of Analysis library. Our guide to reading a certificate explains what each section reports and what it does not.
Storage and Handling Guidance
General handling practice for lyophilized research peptides:
- Keep the sealed vial cool, dry and out of direct light.
- For anything beyond short-term storage, refrigerate or freeze in line with the handling standard your laboratory already follows for lyophilized material.
- Limit how often a vial is opened and closed. Each cycle exposes the powder to ambient humidity.
- Reconstituted material is generally less stable than the dry powder. Where a study calls for solution, common practice is to aliquot to the working volume rather than store the whole vial in solution.
- Let a refrigerated vial reach room temperature before opening it, so condensation does not form on the contents.
Bio Glow Wellness does not supply reconstitution volumes, concentrations, schedules or any other instruction for administration to a person or an animal. Handling decisions belong to the researcher and to the standards of the facility doing the work.
Common Questions
Can this be used by a person?
No. It is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. It is not approved for human or veterinary use, it is not a drug or a supplement, and Bio Glow Wellness will not supply it for any other purpose.
What do researchers use CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin for?
It is used in growth hormone axis research where both receptor pathways are of interest in the same experiment, and in receptor pharmacology generally. It is not suitable for work that needs to attribute an effect to one pathway.
